Bellyedge © is a combination of
resistance & low impact cardiovascular exercise, coupled with a dynamic &
static stretch routine.
Bellyedge © strengthens & stretches a
dancers body, to build stamina & flexibility therefore aiding the dancers
ability to isolate movements & endure performances & dance practice.
Physiologically, bellyedge's © ability to support your body to be as healthy
& fit as it can be towards the sport you are doing, is not only sensible,
but imperative for better general physical health & less injuries as a
dancer.
Even if you're not a regular dancer,
bellyedge could be the body balance class you need. It includes a motivating
combination workout & a great stretching session to help elongate your
muscles & invigorate your cells with energy, ready for dance or life!
Bellyedge creatix, " Elly " brings a
wealth of personal training knowledge & experience together with a passion
for bellydance & a quest to keep her own body as healthy as possible. She
created bellyedge in order to home & dance studio train more & workout at
the gym less.
We hope you enjoy the challenge of
bellyedge as much as she does. To a bellyedge class, please bring along a
towel & your water bottle. Wear sneakers & comfortable workout clothes, (no
skirts please). We also recommended you bring along a yoga mat.
